Production Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your puzzle to be produced before shipping. Production times may occasionally vary due to order volume or other circumstances.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping: $8 — approximately 3–5 business days after production.

• Expedited Shipping: $15 — approximately 1–2 business days after production.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
